Start by filling out our inquiry form. Once we receive your form, we’ll reach out to schedule a consultation in our studio or virtually—whatever fits your schedule best.
Step 2: Consultation
Here’s where the fun begins! We’ll sit down together—either in person or online—and chat through your vision, colors, style, and favorite blooms. We’ll get to know you, share inspiration, and start shaping the look and feel of your floral story.
Step 3: Custom Proposal & Booking
After our consultation, we’ll create a custom proposal complete with line items, a mood board, and design inspiration to help you visualize your day. We’ll make any needed adjustments and once everything feels just right, you’ll reserve your date with a signed contract and deposit.
You can continue to refine your floral details up to 30 days before your wedding.
Step 4: Your Wedding Day
In the months leading up to your wedding, we’ll stay in touch to finalize every last detail. On your big day, our team handles everything—delivery, installation, and post-event cleanup—so you can stay fully present and soak up every magical moment.

Booking Basics
When should I book floral + design services?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance. The earlier, the better—especially for popular wedding weekends!
How do I lock in my date?
All it takes is a signed contract and 25% retainer. Once that’s done, your date is officially yours!
Do you travel?
Absolutely! Based in Charlotte, we design weddings across North and South Carolina—and we’re always down for a floral road trip.

What’s your wedding floral minimum?
Our service wedding floral minimum is $2,500. For smaller events, we also offer A La Carte options.
Do you offer custom floral designs?
That’s our love language. Every design is tailored to your vision, vibe, and venue.
What’s the starting price for bouquets?
Our bridal bouquets start at $200, crafted with lush, seasonal blooms that bring your vision to life.
Can I make changes to my proposal later on?
Of course! You can make edits up until 30 days before your wedding. After that, we can still add or shift things—but we can’t remove items since flowers will be ordered.
During the Process
What should I bring to our design meeting?
Have an idea of your color palette, floral likes/dislikes, guest seating layout, and centerpiece preferences. Don’t stress—if you’re unsure, we’ll guide you through it!
How long does the meeting take?
Plan for about an hour via phone or Zoom, and up to 90 minutes if in person at our studio.
When will I receive my proposal?
You’ll have a beautifully detailed proposal in your inbox within 2 business days (we’ll let you know if we need a little more time during busy season!).
Event Day Details
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and breakdown, so you can focus on what matters—celebrating.
How early do you arrive for setup?
We aim to be fully set at least one hour before your first guest arrives. We’ll coordinate timing with your venue and photo team.
What if I need flowers at multiple locations?
No problem—our standard delivery covers two locations. More can be added depending on our schedule.
Decor & Rentals
Do you offer rentals beyond flowers?
Yes! We have a growing inventory of vases, candles, stands, arbors, and more. If there’s something specific you’re dreaming of, let us know—we might just add it to our collection!
Do you rent candlescapes for tables?
Definitely! Our elegant candle designs add just the right glow to your tables and pair beautifully with your florals.
What if I want to keep my flowers after the wedding?
You’re welcome to! You can either return the containers within 2 days, or we’ll swing by at the end of the night to collect everything (and clean up, too).

We accept credit, debit, checks, cash. Card payments have a 3% fee.
