Chelsea’s journey into the wedding world unfolded naturally. With a long-standing background in ministry, she’s been officiating weddings and guiding couples through premarital coaching for years. Her full-time work at her church made weddings a regular part of her rhythm, and it quickly became clear that supporting couples through life’s most meaningful moments was a calling.
Two years ago, she officially launched Vanacore Adventures, her travel planning company. Honeymoons became a seamless extension of her work with couples—allowing her to carry that same personal touch into their first big trip as newlyweds.
“As a travel planner, I specialize in crafting custom itineraries and truly understanding my clients to ensure their honeymoon is authentic to them as a couple,” Chelsea says. “I can work with all-inclusive resorts and cruise lines, but I especially love building something unique for couples who crave something off the beaten path.”
Her approach to officiating mirrors that same thoughtfulness and flexibility. Chelsea takes the time to know her couples well—helping them prepare for after the wedding, while also crafting a ceremony that reflects their personalities and vision. Whether it’s a formal, traditional event or something fun and lighthearted (like a wedding that included a dog in the bridal party and a “flower granny” instead of a flower girl), Chelsea adapts with warmth and professionalism.
Her dual expertise allows her to offer a rare kind of continuity—supporting couples before, during, and after the big day. One of her most memorable weddings featured a bride’s grandmother as the flower girl and the couple’s elderly pug walking down the aisle. It was heartfelt, whimsical, and completely their own. On the travel side, she once crafted a two-week European honeymoon that began with a Mediterranean cruise and ended with a personalized tour through Italy’s hidden gems—tailored to the couple’s exact pace and style.
What truly sets Chelsea apart is her balance of warmth and professionalism. With over seven years of executive and business ownership experience, she’s highly organized and reliable. She’s also refreshingly honest—what she calls “kindly blunt,” thanks to her New England upbringing—and she has a way of instantly making clients feel comfortable and understood.
