Kristen and the Crafted Charm team made our day truly magical. She is so organized and thinks of every little detail, helping relieve the stress and busyness of wedding planning. If I could hire her again tomorrow I would. Wonderful person and team to work with, as she truly cares about her clients and their vision for their wedding day. She was our day-of coordinator, florist, decorator and planner. She truly was the biggest blessing throughout all of the planning!

Kristen visited our home and contacted us multiple times to ensure our event was EXACTLY what we were looking for. For a moment, let me speak to her integrity…After we agreed to a price and booked her services (and were very happy with that price), she called us a couple of weeks later and stated that, due to what we were looking for, she dropped the price several hundred dollars!
